I decided to do two of these blogs on Fiberwise - one on the personal history and one on the review. So this is the review! I started a six week challenge to see if this Fiberwise was everything I read about. I'd had a few issues, and wanted to increase my gut health. I ordered the Fiberwise with loyalty dollars (FREEEE) and May 30th, took to the kitchen to experiment! NOt onThe results? The Fiberwise dissolved the old and new oil. This pretty much gave me a lot of confidence that my stomach would thank me eventually for this additive!
I started a journey of that to test the limits. I don't normally eat diary nor a lot of meat. During this experiment, I went "crazy." LOL Literally, I ate ice cream. I ate regular cheese. I ate all kinds of meat, except for pork, in no moderation what.so.ever! Like a kid who'd been granted full access, I ate until I stuffed myself deep. Sad, I know - but for science sake lol, let's just say that it was necessary. No matter what I ate, each day I would take half a serving of Fiberwise before for breakfast, and either before dinner or after dinner. No matter how I changed my diet over the course of the six weeks, the results never changed. When I eliminated daily use - my digestive system was noticeably slower. I know this may seem like too much information but for good reason, this is important to share. Why? Because more people than not have these digestive issues as well. Now health wise (*links provided below*), a healthy digestive system moves between three times a day, to three times a week. So, I would just go out on a limb to say that only have a bm once a week (if that) - and having difficulty with that one, is probably ...ummmm... NOT ideal for health! Before Fiberwise, I was constantly bloated and sluggish. Not to mention having to wear limited clothing to tuck in the stomach or cover it up. However, with consistent use of Fiberwise, my regularity increased from barely one time a week, to two to three times a day! Why else is this important?! I don't have blood pressure issues that I know of, BUT did you know that having weight around your belly leads to high blood pressure and other health issues? I know it isn't a hot topic to talk about it, but it IS indeed one that should be seriously discussed because our bodies are breaking down for a lack of nutrition! Not only did adding this fiber supplement in my diet show me that I was severely lacking a healthy amount of fiber, it played a huge role in increasing my knowledge on how much we need to listen to our bodies. In part two, I will share how I believe a lack of fiber affected my overall health and what happened when I went two consecutive weeks without this supplement! No, I know that this doesn't resemble "gold" as we know it but let me tell you...this bar is valuable beyond pricing! Seriously - you can check out Amazon's ridUNCulous price comparison *shaking my head*. The first thing you'll notice with this bar is that it is super cleansing and super moisturizing at the same time! How can that be? Like seriously? The second thing you'll notice is that it literally takes ONE good lather on your towel and you're good to clean your entire body. Ok, if you have a little extra weight, maybe one and a half times but the point is - it lasts much longer than normal! This is not just my opinion and my experience - it is in fact scientifically tested! When I rejoined the club, this was one of the products from years ago that I KNEW I had to buy again. So far, over the last four months, I've bought two. The very first bar? It lasted 17 days, through an average of 2-3 showers per day. At that mark, #theGoldBar had its first break. Still to that date, I had only had to apply it once to the towel! I had never felt a soap so moisturizing while leaving my skin feeling so clean! Fast forward a few weeks or so and I order this bar again but now I have to share it with little people. The littlest of them all LOVED it so much he wanted to take a picture with it! He went on and on his entire bath session on how good it smelled and how good he was gonna smell, LOL; talk about tickled. I'm thinking, "Son I feel the same!" LOL But that's not the end of the story. This bar lasted ONLY five days! That 4.5oz bar of precious gold was demolished viciously by the other little people in my house! And besides me being not pleased to the core of my poor little heart, lol, guess who else was seriously NOT pleased - "the little man"! LOL That was another bathtub session conversation as he agreed that no one else should be able to use the #goldbar! LOL That cheesey smile was not so cheesy! LOL Moral of the story? I threatened the other little people and told them if they ran through our precious soap like that again they'd be getting some good ol' Ivory bars! LOL And I am serious! And for the little man? Well, I let him open Daddy's soap. and told him it would only be for him and Daddy. Once he realized he would be smelling like a "little grown man", he was satisfied. :D #momwins Ingredients include: Glycerin, Aloe Vera, Melaleuca Oil, Essential Oils Benefits: Used for eczema, acne, removal of stains, make up cleaner, sensitive skin, oils, grease, and the list goes on and on! It was a hard decision to choose where to begin in sharing these products. I'm like almost four months in the game now, lol but I figured, "Hey everyone is going to brush their teeth, right?" So in this picture you'll see the last of my Tom's brand toothpaste. Now, don't get me wrong - Tom's is great. But Tom's is also $6 at my local Kroger's. Since being on my natural journey, I haven't used regular toothpaste in years now. That's quite a sacrifice when you've got children and one tube in the store is double or triple a regular tube of toothpaste! You may be wondering, why I became adamant about fluoride free toothpaste.. In general terms, fluoride is a chemical that makes you stupid. My apologies on being so blunt but I'll give you more knowledge on that at the end of the blog. since the purpose is really for me to review the new tooth polish I've been using. First off, I've had the mint and the cinnamon. I totally prefer the cinnamon! Secondly, aside from the price (3 tubes for $10.49) and the taste - my teeth literally "squeak" clean. I was AH-MAZED. I had to check out WHY - you know, that science geek in me! LOL I did a little more research to find out that the toothpaste has a whitening ingredient from the papaya! Yes, papayas have a natural whitening enzyme called papain! If that wasn't enough - check out the other ingredients: T40-C3 Melaleuca Oil "The purest form of this essential oil harvested from only the Melaleuca alternifolia tea tree, this precious extract helps control oral bacteria and freshens breath." Myrrh "This precious resin from certain African and Middle Eastern trees is a natural astringent; traditional medicine has long recognized myrrh for its germ-fighting abilities." Xylitol "Found in the fibers of many fruits and vegetables, this sweetener cannot be fermented by bacteria in the mouth, so it naturally sweetens without contributing to tooth decay the way sugar does." **Descriptions take from product page** And well, if that wasn't enough - I shared it with my extremely picky tween. This was the conversation we had. Now as for the cinnamon flavor... my son didn't like that one too much and I didn't either. The squeakiness didn't last as long either. But the mint? The mint had me rubbing my tongue across my teeth all day! There were still smooth and squeaky at night and even if I forgot to brush my teeth at night - I woke up still to smooth teeth; not a good smelling breath (ha!) but definitely smooth teeth! LOL And well, that wraps up my first review! OH! NO! So I had a few inquiring about how to get the toothpaste. The price online at Amazon is ridiculous! I saw my 3pack for $30 and just one tube for $9-$11! I wouldn't recommend getting your money taken like that! But here's a little info on fluoride though, just as I said: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/154164.php Soooooo....this happened April 6th! I couldn't sleep last night. Grabbed my oil, took it, and fell into deeeeep sleep until Bible Study this morning - only to wake up congested and with a headache. I remembered that the last health & wellness event I went to, I was given a bunch of free stuff to try - among those being the cough drops and other stuff you see. Anyway....The lady that gave them to me gave a pretty good testimony on how well the cough drops worked. I grabbed the lemon cough drop and minutes later, my nasal passages were completely opened! I don't mean somewhat opened! I mean completely opened! No over the counter or prescription medicine at all. I thought I would be confined to the bed but no, I was up and about within the morning! Needless to say, I made a mental note to add these to my shopping cart! 🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🙆🙆🙆 So, imagine searching for natural solutions for your home - soap, toothpaste, lotion, etc. and it finds you! I wish I would have taken a picture to capture my excitement but trust me - I found MORE than I bargained for. See, I was already buying natural toothpaste and household supplies. The problem was - these items were extremely HIGH in the store. Seriously, like one tube of toothpaste was freaking $6! Was it good, yes! But dang! So.. on Facebook, I ran across a post and a few minutes later, I was watching some information about this health and wellness club. A few days later, I placed my first order and earned $20 too, just by watching a few videos about the products! Are you KIDDING ME? Needless to say, I was sold but I certainly didn't realized I''d struck GOLD! :) Stay tuned as I break down the reviews of each of these products! Yipppppeeeee! Oh! And and how much did all this cost? FIVETY EIGHT BUCKS! Yeah... it's like gold to me lol! My personal health and wellness journey begin years, and years ago! As a young science geek, I often wanted to know exactly how the body worked. Fast forward, and my thirst for this knowledge prompted me to pursue a career in the medical field. Well, a few life mishaps later - I ended that pursuit as an educator of science in middle school classrooms.
During my first pregnancy, I researched the vegan lifestyle and challenged myself to become vegan by thirty. Along the years, I have learned more and more about health and nutrition. I by no means make any medical claims but I have studied many holistic options and I use them routinely; from garlic soothing my little one's strep throat to apple cider vinegar and honey giving me an immune boost - it has been a long step outside of doctor's offices. Recently, I ran across an old favorite I was introduced to almost twelve years ago. It was like heaven again, though I do believe heaven will be much better but you catch my drift! :D And like with anything, I just don't believe in keeping good things to myself. It would make sense to me that health and wellness would be a perfect fit in this company because it represents living the best life - and let's be honest: You absolutely can't live your best life sick! Sickness is an enemy to me. I would personally love if we as a culture focused on pro-active measures instead of reacting to illness and diseases. My mama used to say, "Prevention is 9/10th of the cure." That being said, these blogs are to share my personal experiences with products from our health and wellness club simply to give our visitors options! :D |
