Discovery Coaching Call
Description
Discovery Gold - 45 minute
This discovery call is designed for new clients to have in-depth coaching and consultation with one of our designated coaches. This will allow clients to discuss one on one:
- The current progress of the client.
- Desired services of the client.
- A thorough goal setting plan for the client.
- A six-week detailed action plan for the client.
- The services that are available to the client through our company.
- Possible solutions outside of the provided services offered by our company.
- Two complimentary follow-ups.
- $25 discount towards selected services.
READ CAREFULLY:
To proceed with your services, please specify the desired date and time for the consultation in the "Note to seller" section of the check out screen; Please allow a 48-hour window between Sunday - Friday, 9am and 6pm. (Example: If your payment is made on a Sunday, please allow an appointment time Wednesday or after.) Upon payment of your consultation, you will be contacted within 24 hours to secure the appointment date and time.
Terms & Condition of Service
As a general courtesy, you will be contacted by our coach promptly at the time allotted. If you are unavailable, a second attempt will be made within 5 (five) minutes. If you are unavailable past 10 (ten) minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and need to be rescheduled, along with a second appointment booking fee.
Cancellations are available up to 24 (twenty-four hours) before the booking. In the event that a cancellation occurs within the aforementioned time frame, the appointment may be rescheduled a total of 1 (one) time. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled, a new appointment booking must be scheduled along with a new booking fee.
Payment acknowledges receipt and agreement of terms and conditions. All payments are final; no refunds are given except in the rare occurrence that our coach is not available or has to cancel, your appointment may be rescheduled and your booking fee refunded.
